Project Solutions
Solutions are application-first: each write-up starts from a real duty — the fluid, the pressures, the constraint that makes the job hard — and works through valve selection, trim choice, actuation and expected behaviour. The goal is transferable engineering reasoning, not a product pitch.
Solution areas in preparation
- High-differential-pressure letdown — multi-stage and labyrinth trims, velocity control, noise and vibration management.
- Cavitation-prone liquid service — anti-cavitation trims, staged pressure recovery, routed damage and material selection.
- Steam conditioning & turbine bypass — combined pressure/temperature reduction, desuperheating, warm-up duties.
- LNG and cryogenic service — extension bonnets, cold-box integration, seat leakage at −162 °C.
- Compressor anti-surge valves — fast stroking, full-open capacity check, actuator power sizing.
- Actuation upgrades — converting failing diaphragm actuators to piston cylinders, airfail logic and bench set redefinition.

Note. Solution notes describe engineering reasoning for educational purposes. Actual designs must follow the applicable standards, company engineering practices and manufacturer data.
